Better Conversations at Work
High Performance and High Engagement
Depend on Conscious Communication
Everyone knows what good communication is.
The biggest problem in communication is recognising our choices in the moment.
By understanding ourselves, our choices, and the way that others are impacted by our behaviour,
we gain optimal control over our future success.
These programs teach people how to communicate in a way that
leads to their own and others’ future success.
Without courage, we may not say what we need to, and we will avoid giving feedback and setting expectations.
Without compassion, overly direct communication can cause fear or friction. Neither of these options leads to effective communication or positive outcomes.
To have conversations that build future success, we need to consistently and deliberately choose to keep our heads in the game.
