Teaming for High Performance
who
This program is for leadership teams (e.g. board/ELT/SLT). These programs are suitable for local or geographically spread teams.
why
For a leadership team to support and enable a wider group to the sustainable high performance necessary for strategic goals, relies on high levels of collective leadership. It is the leadership teams responsiblity to reduce any interpersonal friction and capitalise on cognitive diversity, focus on the conversations that matter and increase connection to shared impact and to the joy of serving together.
These are the essential questions leadership teams and those in them are asked to explore in these programs
how can we build high levels of collective leadership (and how far off are we?)
how can I personally contribute further to our sustainable collective leadership
how do I personally facilitate others contribution to our sustainable collective leadership
what
Three pillars are involved in high performance teaming:
Individually connecting to the collective goals, prioritising whole group outcomes and discovering levels of collective leadership
When we are managing ourselves correctly we are able to choose a response to any given situation with care and thought for the best outcome. When we are not managing ourselves, our emotions or habits can override our ability to choose a longer-term goal-oriented way to behave.
Humans working together must have the interpersonal safety that enables effective decision making, diversity of thought, courageous conversations and new ways of working. All team members have responsibilty to facilitate the space that deepens trust and psychological safety. atever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

HPT Program Overview
Team coaching leads to high performance. It is content-driven and connection centred. Individual high performance starts with individuals having an increased consciousness of automatic thoughts and behaviours that aid and detract from productivity. It provides new strategies and activates new behaviours to better serve the needs of self, others and the organisation. Collective high performance allows for compassion, iterative learning and courage.

Objectives
• To implement positive adjustments on ‘how we work’, with recognition of their essential impact on the
outcomes we achieve. To make this habitual through a framework of practice.
• Increased literacy in leadership models of high performance (theory and practice, key influencers and
frameworks)
• To drive insight, reflection, decisions and actions at both the individual and collective level
• To increase accountability to the conversations that matter, the actions that drive success on the collective goals,
and the behaviours that lead to trust, connection and joy
• To have regular space to notice and align, specifically allowing for higher collective intelligence and remarkable
outcomes
• To continually reflect and adjust on the collective leadership of the wider group
The content flows through the most evidence-based theoretical and practical leadership frameworks to anchor the work. The sessions are designed with space for individual and collective reflection. The outcomes of each session are decisions for action and accountability for practice. Different options of investment allow for different accountability processes between sessions.
Collective high performance of a leadership team is possible when the group understands the assignment and psychological safety is high.
